Meet Dracco! This handsome 4-year-old Blue Heeler is a bundle of energy and enthusiasm, always excited to greet people with a wagging tail. He was surrendered when his previous owner could no longer afford his care, and now he's searching for an active family who can give him the time, attention, and enrichment he needs to truly shine. Dracco is very people-oriented and prefers connecting with his humans over other dogs, though he may get excited when they pass by. He's a high-energy guy who loves to be on the move and is eager to explore the world with you!

Dracco would thrive in an active household ready to match his zest for life. We recommend a home with older elementary-age children or older, who can keep up with his energetic spirit and understand his enthusiastic nature.

Training & Support

Dracco pulls strongly on the leash, so his new family should be prepared to continue working on leash manners. Providing him with plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation will be key to his happiness and success. While initially a little unsure and may flinch slightly when petted, he warms up quickly and reveals a sweet, affectionate personality. With a little patience and consistency, he'll be your devoted companion.
