Papi

Papi is a sweet 5-month-old male Chihuahua who's eager to find his forever home! He's a little shy at first and will need some time to warm up and feel comfortable. Once he trusts you, he loves staying close to his person and will likely follow you wherever you go. Papi needs someone who understands that the world can be a bit scary, but with patience and gentle care, he'll thrive in a home where he feels safe and loved.

Ideal Home

Papi needs an adopter who will help him work on his leash skills and shower him with love so he can blossom into the happiest boy he can be! Because he's nervous, a secure fenced yard will give him a space to play once he's settled in.

Ongoing Health

All dogs are heartworm negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Papi is still young and will require some patience as he adjusts to a new environment and learns to be more confident. While we cannot individually potty train our residents, puppies do not have the biological maturity to maintain absolute bladder or bowel control and will require a certain degree of potty training and house breaking. Please consider the time and commitment it takes to provide the necessary building blocks for this special pup prior to submitting your application.
