Meet Shira, a 2-year-old, 45-pound Corso mix with a heart of gold and an endless supply of energy! Shira is a true superhero, having successfully raised ten puppies while still maintaining a playful spirit. Now that her little ones are all grown, she's ready to find her own forever home. She dreams of a place with plenty of snacks, a comfy couch for snuggles, and a human who loves to play fetch. Shira is a toy enthusiast, especially fond of squeaky ones, and enjoys the strategic game of hiding them for later. While she loves to zoom and chase tennis balls, she's also a champion cuddler, happy to nestle up like a furry, weighted blanket. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, so if you have a canine companion looking for a friend, Shira might be the perfect fit! She's a sweet, goofy, and loyal girl who is both an athlete and a couch potato. Get ready to laugh and have your heart stolen (and maybe a sock or two!).

Ongoing Health

All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella, Rabies as much as age-appropriate), stool sample checked for parasites, and dewormed before adoption.

Training & Support

Shira is a professional fetcher and expert cuddler. Be prepared for her to hide your socks!
