Rex

Rex is a senior male Chihuahua mix with a sweet soul looking for a patient and understanding home. He comes from a past where he was one of over 50 dogs in a hoarder situation, and as a result, he's still learning to trust humans. Rex isn't aggressive at all, he's just a bit fearful and prefers to keep his distance. With time and gentle encouragement, he's sure to blossom into a wonderful companion.

Rex would do best in a quiet home with an adopter who has plenty of patience and can provide a calm environment.

Rex is not house-trained and will need guidance and consistency in this area. Given his past, he's still working on building confidence around people and may take time to warm up.
