Meet Cluck!
Cluck is a one-year-old female Smooth Fox Terrier mix who has overcome a lot to find her forever home. She was found as a stray suffering from severe demodex mange and entropion, a painful condition where the eyelid rolls inward. She also had a grade 2 heart murmur. Thanks to the dedicated care of our veterinary team and the generous support of our partners, Cluck has made an incredible recovery. She has undergone spay and entropion surgeries and is now thriving and ready to find her loving family.
Cluck embodies all the best of terrier traits: she's smart, playful, goofy, and full of life! Her foster mom describes her as pure love and joy. She's a social butterfly who adores everyone she meets, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and her happiest moments are spent curled up in your lap, soaking up all the affection. If you settle down, prepare for Cluck to claim your lap as her own! Her favorite pastimes include basking in the sun, enjoying chew bones and toys, playing with her foster sisters, and, of course, mealtime, as she is very food-motivated. She's still a bit gangly and all legs, which only adds to her charm, and watching her confidence and coordination grow has been a true delight.

Ongoing Health
Cluck has had entropion surgery and is spayed and vaccinated. She previously had a grade 2 heart murmur, but is now thriving.
Training & Support
Cluck is doing very well with house training, with only a few accidents. With a consistent routine, she'll likely be fully house-trained in no time. She is attentive, eager to please, and her food motivation makes training a breeze.
