Tony

Tony is a brave little guy who was found running the streets of Houston, Texas. After over a year on his own, he was finally rescued, and his sweet face made it an easy decision to commit to his care. Tony is learning to trust and has shown improvement in just a few weeks. He will give a warning if he feels uncomfortable, and if you listen, he won't bite.

Ideal Home

A home where children are not present. Tony is still learning to trust and can be scared by certain movements or sounds, so a calm environment would be best.

Ongoing Health

Tony is heartworm positive and will require approximately three months of treatment. The rescue will cover 100% of the cost at our designated vet. You would need to be willing to bring him to his scheduled appointments. His first injection is around 12/20.

Training & Support

Tony is still learning to trust and can be reactive when scared. Understanding his cues and providing a safe space will be key to his continued success.
