Panda

Meet Panda, a loving 4-year-old pit bull mix who's looking for a second chance at happiness! This spunky boy is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and is truly a gentle giant. At 62 lbs, Panda is ready to find a forever home that will cherish him, shower him with affection, and provide him with all the comfy beds and fun toys his heart desires!

Panda was adopted in 2023 and returned to us in April. Despite his difficult circumstances, he remained full of love. After careful observation, a special refeeding schedule, and continued care, Panda has reached a healthy weight and is now ready to embark on his adoption journey!

Ideal Home

Panda would do best in a home without cats. He is open to living with other dogs, but a meet-and-greet is required to ensure they'll be fast friends.

Ongoing Health

Panda is heartworm positive and has been treated with medication. He is currently finishing the last part of his heartworm treatment. Due to his past struggles with being underweight and underfed, Panda currently uses a slow feeder for his meals, which he enjoys with great enthusiasm.

Training & Support

Panda is a decent walker and responds well when gently redirected. While he's eager to please, some ongoing training will help him truly thrive in his new environment.
