Macaroon

Meet Macaroon, a delightful 4-year-old, 55-pound Lab/Terrier mix with a gorgeous brindle coat and warm amber/brown eyes. Macaroon was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston and is now ready for a loving forever home. She's already past her puppy days and is a well-behaved girl who is completely house, leash, and crate trained. Macaroon is a social butterfly who adores people, always greeting new friends with a happy smile and a wagging tail. She's incredibly affectionate, loves to give kisses, and is eager to please, especially when treats are involved – she'll happily "sit" for a reward! In her foster home, she's proven to be a fantastic companion to other rescue pups and has even helped shy dogs gain confidence. After some outdoor playtime, Macaroon's favorite activity is snuggling up on the couch for a peaceful nap. She's so excited to meet her future family!
