Edith Jr

Edith Jr is a 4-month-old, spayed female Heeler mix who is just bursting with puppy energy! She's a social butterfly at heart and is excited to meet everyone she encounters. Edith Jr. is still learning the ropes of being a well-behaved pup, and her guess adult weight is between 40-60lbs. She's been with us since June 21, 2026, and is eager to find her forever home.

Ideal Home

Edith Jr. would thrive in a home that can provide plenty of opportunities for exercise and mental stimulation, given her high energy level. She is good with cats and children, though proper socialization will be key for her continued development.

Ongoing Health

Edith Jr. has received a general veterinary check-up, including medication for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ticks. She has also received age-appropriate vaccinations for distemper and rabies, and is microchipped. She will need to establish an active relationship with a veterinarian no later than 10 days after adoption, and adopters will receive a plan for routine veterinary care.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Edith Jr. will need a committed adopter who is ready to work on potty training, crate training, and leash training. Ongoing socialization in a home setting will also be very important for her development.
