Amber

Amber is a delightful 4-year-old girl who arrived at the shelter as a stray. She greets every human with a wagging tail and a friendly demeanor, quickly becoming a favorite among the staff. Amber is happy to follow her people's lead, and while she enjoys chasing toys in the yard, she's still figuring out exactly what to do with them. Her leash manners are excellent, and she frequently checks in with her handler, eager to please. Amber is social with other dogs, meaning she can comfortably walk alongside them and even engage in polite greetings, though she may do best as the only dog in the household.

Ideal Home

Amber would do well in a home that understands and respects her need to progress at her own pace. She'll be a fun and active companion for a family ready to give her the time and space she needs to blossom.

Training & Support

Amber has good leash skills and is eager to please. She's still learning how to play with toys, so continued gentle encouragement will be beneficial.
