Pepe Le Pew is a 9-week-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, estimated to be born in March 2026. He currently weighs 3 pounds and is expected to grow a bit more. Pepe and his siblings were found abandoned in Houston, and he's now in a foster home in Austin, Texas, waiting for his forever family. Pepe is a charming little fellow, a "masked bandit" who loves to sneak unattended chew sticks, but he's generally a lover, not a fighter. He enjoys naps, puppy kisses, and cozy snuggles, preferring cuddles over causing trouble. Pepe is a gentle soul, and it's impossible not to adore him.
Ideal Home
Pepe is still learning about the world and needs a committed family to help him grow into a confident, well-mannered adult. He's brave and social, and we believe he'll do well with children, cats, and other dogs, provided introductions are made appropriately. Given his small size, any resident pets should be gentle and experienced with very small dogs, and all interactions must be supervised. As Pepe is still very young, he cannot be left alone for extended periods. We are looking for a home where someone is present most of the time for socialization, training, and care. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours a day, we can only consider your application if there is another adult in the household to care for him during the day.
