Oakland is a 4-year-old, approximately 75-pound gentleman with the sweetest heart. He's the kind of dog who is happiest simply being by your side. He's content to gently settle into your lap, perfectly convinced that 75 pounds is the ideal lap-dog size, and then drift off to sleep with a contented sigh. Oakland is already potty trained, crate trained, and is incredibly easy to live with, showing no destructive tendencies. His low energy makes for relaxed and enjoyable walks, as he doesn't see them as a chore. What truly makes Oakland special is his profound love for other dogs. His entire face lights up at the sight of a canine friend, and his contagious excitement is a joy to witness. Watching him make new doggy pals is one of the most rewarding parts of being around him. Oakland has an abundance of love to give and doesn't require a perfect family—just someone willing to reciprocate his affection.
