Loki is a charming and adventurous 6.5-month-old Retriever/Pit Bull mix who currently weighs 40 pounds. He's a bundle of playful energy and a fearless explorer, always the first to investigate something new and announcing his presence with gusto! Loki is a master of "furniture parkour," happily conquering any surface he can scale, and loves a good game of keep-away with his favorite toys. He’s also a pro at waking everyone up for playtime, believing every moment is the perfect time for fun! Despite his boundless energy, Loki is also developing into an incredible companion. He is potty trained and will shower you with affection, transforming into the perfect cuddly lap buddy after a day of adventures. He loves people and other dogs, and has a special talent for greeting everyone like they’re the best part of his day.
Ideal Home
Loki thrives in an active home that can keep up with his playful spirit. He would do best in a home with another friendly, well-mannered dog to help him learn and grow. Homes where someone is not routinely away for more than four to six hours at a time are preferred to ensure he gets the attention and care he needs.
Ongoing Health
Loki is a healthy young pup. As with any growing dog, occasional check-ups with a veterinarian are recommended.
Training & Support
Loki is working on his leash skills and basic obedience, and he's eager to learn! Continued positive reinforcement, consistency, and socialization are key to helping him mature into a well-balanced adult dog. Owners should be prepared for potential "puppy accidents" as he adjusts to a new routine.
