Aurora

Three-month-old Aurora was found abandoned near a bakery in Anasco, Puerto Rico, thrown from a car and nearly hit. Despite being nervous and hungry, she allowed herself to be rescued and is quickly learning commands. She's a playful pup who gets along wonderfully with children, dogs, and cats. Aurora is already familiar with going outside for potty breaks and is comfortable using a crate and walking on a leash. She's not protective of her resources and is very friendly with everyone, always eager to play.

Ideal Home

Aurora would thrive in a home that can provide her with regular puppy playdates or daily interactions with other dogs to keep her happy, social, and well-exercised.

Ongoing Health

Aurora is spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, rabies vaccinated, and microchipped. Lyme vaccination is recommended.

Training & Support

Aurora is learning commands quickly and is already doing well with potty training and leash walking. She is comfortable in a crate. It is recommended to provide her with opportunities for socialization with other dogs to help her continue to thrive.

Aurora is located in the NY/NJ area. Transport may be arranged to approved out-of-state homes in some cases.
