Meet Frito! This resilient, strong, and joyful pup is ready to find his forever home.

Frito's story could have been heartbreaking after he was hit by a car and suffered a severe leg injury requiring amputation. But Frito is an incredible boy who adjusted to life as a tripod like a champion! He runs, plays, explores, and zooms around as if he was born with three legs. More than anything, Frito is a sweet soul who is incredibly affectionate and loves to be close to his people. He melts right into you, leans in for extra pets, wants to be by your side, and happily soaks up all the love and attention he can get. He’s playful and fun when it's time for adventure, but also has a gentle, easygoing side that makes him a joy to be around. Frito doesn’t see himself as different, and we just see a happy, loving dog with a huge heart. He has overcome so much and now deserves a forever family to love him for the amazing dog he is. Three legs, endless love, one incredible best friend waiting for his forever home.
