Hello, I'm Sugar! I'm a gorgeous redhead full of love, and I have to admit, I think I'm a tiny lap dog. My journey here wasn't the easiest. I was rescued from a shelter where I was sadly on the "death list." My puppy was taken from me and, heartbreakingly, they euthanized him because they suspected Parvo. I was devastated and cried for days. Thankfully, a wonderful rescue team stepped in to save me and find me a loving forever home. I'm super affectionate and sweet, and I have so much love to give!

Ideal Home

I do best in a home where I can receive plenty of love and gentle guidance. While I'm working on my doggy friendships, I don't get along with all dogs. I need a patient and understanding partner who can help me navigate social situations.

Training & Support

I'm still learning how to interact with other dogs, so a home that can provide clear direction and consistent socialization will help me thrive. With the right training and lots of love, I know I can make someone incredibly happy!

I am currently located in Miami-Dade. We do not adopt out of state or too far for a home visit.
