Rosa

Rosa was found abandoned and suffering from a severe vaginal prolapse, left untreated for days. Despite this horrific experience, Rosa has emerged as a remarkably loving and grateful dog. She's about forty pounds and full of youthful energy, enjoying vigorous play and then snuggling up close. Rosa is a true "Velcro dog," eager to be by your side and participate in activities. She thrives on connection and is happiest when with her people, ready for adventure and then a good cuddle.

Ideal Home

Rosa would do best in a home where someone is present often and can keep up with her high energy levels. She is great with children and would love a playful canine companion to romp and expend energy with. She is not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

Rosa has undergone surgery to correct her vaginal prolapse and is recovering beautifully. All puppies receive age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, and are microchipped. While we work on potty training all our dogs, we cannot guarantee they will be fully potty-trained upon adoption, as regression can occur during the transition to a new home.

Training & Support

Rosa is a spirited young pup with plenty of energy. Providing her with ample opportunities for play and exercise will be key to her happiness. Consistency, gentleness, and steady love will help her continue to feel safe and secure as she finishes her recovery.
