Tobi is a friendly, independent two-year-old Hound mix weighing 35 pounds. He came to the shelter as a stray and was never reclaimed. Like many hounds, his nose guides him, so a securely fenced yard is important. He enjoys the company of other dogs and may do best with a canine buddy.
