Walter (Hospice Program)

Walter is a distinguished gentleman who has found his peaceful retirement on a farm. After a brief adjustment period, his sweet and loving personality has truly blossomed. He's made friends with the guinea hens, pigs, and goats, and enjoys the company of the larger dogs, often snuggling with them at night. He's still learning how to share with the kitten, especially when treats are around, but he's doing wonderfully overall and cherishes his frequent trips outside and the calm, loving rhythm of farm life. Walter is part of our Hospice Program, meaning he is not available for adoption but is being given the very best care and comfort during his golden years.

Ongoing Health

Walter requires a special prescription diet, with food costs of approximately $107.47 per month. Your generous donations help ensure he continues to receive the specialized care he needs.

Training & Support

Walter is adjusting well to farm life and coexisting with other animals. He is currently learning about sharing with the kitten, particularly around meal times.
