Petey is easy to leash and walk, knows "sit," and allows full body handling. While he can get a little excited when treats are involved, his sweet and affectionate nature shines through every day. He has a low to medium energy level and is happiest just hanging out with his people. Unlike the Petey from the TV show, this Petey is still waiting for his happy ending. Petey is current on shots, licensed, and microchipped. He has been heartworm tested and is treated monthly for fleas/ticks and is on Heartworm prevention. All pets are spayed/neutered prior to a finalized adoption.
Training & Support
Petey knows "sit" and takes treats gently. He is easy to leash and walk, allowing full body touch. While he can get a little excited when treats are involved, his sweet and affectionate nature shines through. He is not dog reactive when passing other dogs in the kennel or at a dog park with dogs on the other side of the fence. Petey rides well in the car and loves food!
