Florentina

Miss Florentina, or Flo, is a 3-year-old, 49 lb female Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a tail that wags with excitement! Flo was rescued from the streets with her litter of puppies and, after ensuring all her babies found their forever homes, she's now patiently waiting for her own. She's a playful girl who absolutely adores toys, especially balls – she's a true ball fiend! Flo is also a big fan of cuddles and promises not to hog the bed if she's allowed up. She's been great with children and has a nurturing spirit, making her a wonderful companion. While she currently lives with two dogs, Flo can be a bit selective with new doggy friends. She'd do best in a home with a calm and gentle canine sibling who isn't overly pushy. Flo would make a fantastic running buddy, thrives on her daily walks, and gets excited for car rides and adventures. She's already potty trained and crate trained, and knows a few basic commands, but would benefit from ongoing obedience training to continue her learning journey. This sweet girl deserves a loving home where she can share all her affection and zest for life.

Ideal Home

A home where she can enjoy her adventures and playtime. A calm and gentle doggy sibling would be ideal.

All core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies), spay/neuter, and microchip are included in the adoption donation.

Training & Support

Flo knows some basic commands but would benefit from continued obedience training.

Florentina is currently located in South Texas. She can be transported to her new home in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and other states on the East and West Coast, with placement in your home.
