Marina

Marina is a four-year-old Lab mix with a gentle soul and a soft white and tan coat. She's a bit timid at first, observing new surroundings with cautious curiosity. Loud noises and unfamiliar faces can make her pause, but her desire to trust and belong shines through. Marina is looking for a patient and loving person who will show her that the world isn't so scary and help her bloom into a loyal and affectionate companion. When she finally offers a tail wag or leans in for reassurance, it's a sign of her growing trust and a special bond forming.

Ongoing Health

Marina has received vetting, which includes DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, as well as flea and heartworm prevention and testing. She has also been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Marina is a rescue dog and will require continued training efforts. The rescue provides socialization, playgroups, one-on-one bonding, and works on leash training and basic commands to help her build confidence. A family that is understanding and committed to her continued development will help her thrive.

Transportation

Marina is currently in Angleton, Texas. She is available for transport to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Transport is available via air-conditioned buses with dedicated care staff. An Adoption Coordinator will help identify the closest transport pickup location.
