About Brody

Meet Brody!

If you're looking for a loyal best friend who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Brody may be the perfect match for you. This handsome guy settled into foster care quickly and has all the signs of being well-adjusted to home life. He's potty trained, has wonderful house manners, and is an easy companion to have around.

Brody does great in his crate. His first night, he cried for about 20 minutes before settling in and sleeping through the night. Since then, he's become comfortable with his routine and no longer whines. During the day, he's quiet and rarely barks.

He walks nicely on a leash with very little pulling, though he occasionally likes to zig-zag while exploring. Brody is also eager to learn and seems to be well on his way to mastering "sit."

This sweet boy has done very well meeting new people, family members, neighbors, and other dogs. He currently lives with an 11-year-old large dog and gets along great. He has also met a neighbor's dog and seemed interested in playing. While he hasn't met children yet, his foster family doesn't anticipate any issues given his friendly and easygoing personality.

Brody's favorite place is wherever his people are. He is a total cuddle bug who has no concept of personal space and happily considers himself a lap dog. Whether he's snuggled up on the couch, sleeping under a desk while you work from home, or curled up in your lap for an afternoon nap, Brody just wants to be close.

When he's not cuddling, he enjoys his daily walks, playing with stuffed toys, and showing off the occasional zoomie. He's happy, playful, curious, and incredibly charming. After a little playtime, he's great at settling down and relaxing.

Brody would thrive in just about any home looking for a true canine companion. If you want a dog that will be your shadow, your cuddle buddy, and your best friend, Brody is ready to fill that role with enthusiasm and love.
