Dakota is a playful and energetic pup who arrived at the shelter as a stray. She's about 5-6 months old and weighs around 25 pounds. Dakota is ready to find her forever home and bring joy and companionship to her new family!

Dakota would thrive in an active home where she can get plenty of exercise and playtime.

Ongoing Health

Dakota has been wormed for roundworms and hookworms, vaccinated with a 5-way vaccination, and vaccinated for rabies. She has also received a flea and tick treatment. She has not been altered.

Training & Support

As a young pup, Dakota will benefit from continued training and socialization to help her grow into a well-behaved adult dog.

• Adoption fee is $50.00 cash. This fee includes a Rabies vaccination, 5 in 1 vaccination, worming for roundworms and hookworms, Capstar, flea and tick treatment and a current Ohio dog license.

Transportation

Dakota is currently located at the Pike County Dog Pound at 2575 Alma Omega Road, Waverly, Ohio. Appointments to visit are available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.
