Hi there! My name is Scout, and I'm a 1-year-old, 40-pound Lab mix who's been patiently waiting for my forever family for over 6 months. I'm full of love and ready for adventure! I dream of exploring new trails, playing fetch in the yard, and making lasting memories with my favorite humans. I'm a happy, energetic boy who adores people and am great with kids. After a fun-filled day, I love nothing more than snuggling up with my family. I also enjoy the company of other dogs and have made many furry friends. I even handled a busy adoption event with lots of people and dogs like a champ! A few things that make me extra special: I'm potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I also love toys, chew bones, and playing outside. My funny little quirk is that I like to lay down while I eat – I just believe snacks are best enjoyed when you're comfy! I'm still young, eager to learn, and have so much love to give. I'm hoping my perfect family will see me soon!
