About Nova

Nova is a shining star who just needs a little time to let her light glow. This sweet and sensitive girl can be cautious when meeting new people, especially in unfamiliar environments, but with patience, gentle encouragement, and a few kind words, she begins to blossom and show her affectionate side. Once she feels comfortable, Nova enjoys attention, happily accepts pets, and forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. She is playful, active, and loves spending time with other dogs, whether on walks, at the park, or during play sessions. Nova already knows several cues, is house trained, and crate trained, and enjoys having a cozy space of her own where she can relax and recharge. While new situations can make her a bit nervous at first, her confidence grows with support, and watching her come out of her shell is incredibly rewarding. For an adopter willing to let her move at her own pace, Nova is ready to bring a whole nova level of love, loyalty, and companionship into your life. Nova was brought in by her previous owner on June 12, 2026.

Ideal Home

Nova would do well in a home that allows her to move at her own pace and offers gentle encouragement as she gets to know new people and environments.

Ongoing Health

Nova has been vaccinated and microchipped. She has also been spayed.

Training & Support

Nova is house trained and crate trained. She knows several basic cues and would benefit from continued support as she builds confidence in new situations.
