Petey

Petey is an 8-year-old boy who came to us needing medical care, which has now been fully resolved. He's been through a lot and has a few battle scars to show for it, but he's ready for a fresh start! Petey has been with us for a while, recently passing the 4-year mark in our care. While he's made incredible progress, he's still waiting for his forever home. He's a ham for the camera, a fantastic co-pilot on car rides, and an excellent companion for hikes or simply relaxing on a park bench.

Ideal Home

Petey would do best in a quiet, low-key environment away from the hustle and bustle of kennels. He is looking for a home without other dogs, cats, or children.

Ongoing Health

Petey has received all necessary medical care and is now healthy.

Training & Support

Petey needs a little time to build trust with new people. He would do best with an adopter who is patient and willing to meet him a few times to allow him to feel comfortable.
