If this pout doesn’t make you weak in the knees, check your pulse! Whisper is a dainty little thing with big meaty paws. Small in size but big in the love she gives out to the world. Whisper loves to be loved. Belly rubs and snuggles are top on her must-have list. She is curious and smart and listens so well, even in the shelter environment. Falling in love with Whisper is easy.

Training & Support

Whisper is not yet house-trained and will need continued support and patience in her new home.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members should be present to meet dogs.
• Dog-to-dog meet and greets can be arranged for your current dog(s). Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog(s) will be required.
• Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after allowing time for decompression.

Transportation

Whisper is located at Chicago Animal Care and Control at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. Walk-in visitors are welcome and helped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to adopt the day you visit, please arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm can still view animals until 7pm.
