Ivy

Ivy is a beautiful 1-year-old Redbone Hound/Labrador Retriever mix who weighs approximately 50 pounds. She's a loving, smart, and easygoing girl with a heart as big as her smile. Ivy adores people and greets everyone with a wagging tail and a paw shake, always ready for affection. She's also fantastic with other dogs and enjoys making new canine friends. Ivy adjusts easily to new situations and is happy to be by your side, whether you're relaxing at home or out on an adventure. Sadly, Ivy ended up in a high-kill shelter through no fault of her own, but her sweet temperament helped save her life. Now, she's ready for a forever family to shower her with the love she so readily gives.

Ideal Home

Ivy would thrive in a home that provides a fully fenced yard. Electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Ivy is fully vetted, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and kept on heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support

Ivy walks beautifully on a leash and has excellent manners at home and in public. She's an easygoing girl who takes life's changes in stride.

Ivy is currently being fostered in Texas. She can be transported anywhere in the United States and Canada to the right home. Transport can be arranged for approved adopters.
