Brooklyn Cherry is a bundle of pure joy, a true sunshine sidekick with ears that express every happy thought! She's approximately 1-2 years old and weighs about 60 lbs, with a possible blend of Shepherd, Rhodesian Ridgeback, and even Great Dane. Brooklyn's personality is as vibrant as her potential mix of breeds – she's always in a good mood, ready for fun, and has a delightful charm. She's incredibly smart, gets along wonderfully with other dogs who enjoy a good romp, and balances her playful spirit with a snuggly, companionable side.
Ideal Home
Brooklyn Cherry would thrive in a home with a moderately playful dog who enjoys interactive play and also likes to relax. If you don't have other dogs, she'd also be a fantastic solo companion, as she's happy and social on her own and would love to be the center of your world. A big backyard where she can stretch her legs and enjoy the sunshine would be a dream. She’d do best with a semi-active family who enjoys adventures like hikes and runs, and also appreciates a good snuggle session afterward.

Training & Support
Brooklyn Cherry is a quick learner with solid basics! She is fully potty and crate trained and already knows commands like "sit" and has a decent recall. She's fairly easy to walk on a leash, though she might pull occasionally out of excitement – a gentle correction is all that's needed. She aims to please and loves learning new things, already knowing "sit," "shake," and "down." With continued training and guidance, she’s capable of anything and would make an excellent adventure buddy for walks, hikes, or even runs.

Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real time, receive photo updates, and connect with fellow adopters on a private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
