Meet Camal, a true miracle girl with a heart brimming with joy! Despite veterinarians doubting she'd ever walk again after a spinal injury, Camal defied all odds. She's now joyfully walking, running, and even swimming, embracing every moment with an incredible zest for life. Her love for water is immense, making bath time a breeze. This super social girl is also leash-trained and wonderful with children, though she prefers to be the only feline-free friend in the house. Camal is full of energy, resilience, and happiness, and is likely a Lab/Weimaraner mix.

Ideal Home

Camal would thrive in a home that understands and can accommodate her needs due to incontinence. Her boundless energy and love for activity would be a great fit for an active family. She is not good with cats.

Ongoing Health

Camal is incontinent due to her spinal injury and requires her bladder to be expressed twice a day.

Training & Support

Camal is leash-trained and generally well-behaved. Her new family will need to be experienced with or willing to learn about incontinence care.

Transporation

Camal is located with a small rescue in Bucerias, Mexico. Transport to the US and Canada is available, with adopters often meeting their new companion at the airport. During summer months, if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable, transport may involve pickup at Peace Arch Park at the US-Canada border.
