Meet Angus, a charming 1 and a half year old low-rider with a long body, incredibly cute legs, and a personality that will steal your heart. His adorable white "sock" paws, soulful brown eyes, and unique mismatched ears (one up, one down!) give him a face you'll never forget. Angus may be small in stature, but his capacity for devotion is immense.
He takes a little time to warm up to new faces, but this shyness is part of what makes him so special. Once he trusts you, he becomes your most loyal companion, forming deep bonds and showering his favorite people with affection.
Angus's absolute favorite time of day is walkies! The mere sight of his leash sends him into joyful little spins, full of anticipation for his next adventure. He's a wonderful walking buddy, always staying close and exhibiting excellent leash manners, whether you're exploring the neighborhood or hitting a nature trail.
At home, Angus appreciates life's simple pleasures: a cozy bed, a tasty treat, loving cuddles, and a peaceful spot to relax. He's very motivated by treats and eager to learn, making him a great candidate for continued training with a family who enjoys spending quality time together.
Angus is currently living with other dogs and gets along wonderfully with them. He's more of a relaxed observer than a boisterous player, happy to join in the fun when he feels like it or simply lounge nearby. We haven't tested him with cats yet, but we're happy to arrange a meet-and-greet if your home has a feline friend. While he hasn't met children, due to his initial shyness, we believe he'd do best with older, respectful kids who understand that building friendships takes patience.

A home with a fenced yard would be Angus's dream, as he loves exploring outdoors, sniffing new scents, and stretching his legs. He's happiest in a home where adventure is a part of everyday life, though he also loves relaxing indoors with his family.

There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
