Patty

Hi there! I'm Patty, a sweet, curious, and energetic puppy with a heart-shaped nose and a little tail that's full of personality! I may be a little shy and timid when I first meet you, but I warm up quickly and once I do, I'm all about cuddles and playtime. I came all the way from Texas and I've discovered I absolutely love snuggling up in a warm blanket. I'm a quiet sleeper and do well in my kennel at night. I'm working hard on potty training and am doing great with frequent breaks. I'm also eager to learn how to be a polite pup, especially when it comes to walking on a leash. Treats are a great motivator, and I really want to do the right thing, so if you can teach me, I'm all yours! As a puppy, I love to play with my toys, especially bones. My foster mom throws balls for me, but I'm still figuring out why she expects me to bring them back! I'm still learning that jumping up to say hello isn't always polite, but I get so excited to meet new people. I've met friends of all ages, including kids, and I love everyone! I've also met a cat who seems to like me, and I think we'll become great friends. I've met some big dogs who are wonderful teachers, and I'm learning from them. I enjoy running and playing chase in the yard with them.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for someone who can see past my initial shyness and recognize the amazing pup I am! I'd love a home where we can go on long walks, snuggle up together, and explore new things. I do get excited and jump up to greet people, so a home that understands I'm still learning manners would be wonderful.

Training & Support

I'm working on potty training and leash walking, and I'm doing well with positive reinforcement and frequent breaks. I'm also learning not to jump up when I get excited. I respond well to treats and love to please, so consistent guidance will help me become the best dog I can be!
