My name is Harper, and I'm a sweet, playful, and affectionate 5-month-old Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart as big as my puppy paws. I had a bit of a rough start and was rescued by ARNO Animal Rescue New Orleans. Now that I'm safe, I'm showing everyone my true colors – I love toys, romping with other dogs, and cuddling up for love when playtime is over. I'm eager to learn and ready to grow up in a loving and secure home. With a little patience and lots of affection, I'm sure to be a loyal best friend.
