She was surrendered with her brother, Ross, and the two of them adore playing together. While Ross is the snuggler, Rachel is the explorer. She loves to play, loves meeting new people, and is always ready for her next little adventure. Rachel is full of personality and charm and will definitely find a perfect family that will absolutely love this sweet little girl!
