Cocoa is a sweet and loving adult female Hound mix who has raised a fine group of puppies and is now on the search for her furever home! Cocoa LOVES her people! She wants to cuddle on your lap or in bed, she enjoys a good hug, and she doesn't even mind being carried around! Are you going for a walk? You've got some land to wander? Cocoa is right there with you! She just wants to be your buddy and she enjoys an adventure. Cocoa did have a rough start, and it has made her protective of the things that are hers, but we don't blame her! When you've had to fight to survive, it can be hard to learn to share. But Cocoa does want to learn!

Ideal Home

Cocoa would definitely excel as an only dog, and she would also do best with larger animals in general - no chickens around this girl!

Ongoing Health

Cocoa is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Cocoa is crate-trained. She did have a rough start which has made her protective of her things, but she does want to learn to share.
