This affectionate boy is a true fan of companionship; he has even tried to climb into laps just to be closer to his favorite people. When it comes to other dogs, he is a social gentleman who offers calm greetings and respects others' space, though he also enjoys having a bit of fun on his own. Behavioral Notes 06/24/2026 per volunteer: pulls slightly on leash, take treats gently. He wanted to be in lap while outside, very lovable dog.

06/22/2026 Playgroup: Happy boy came up to the gate with submissive demenor, tail wags and sat nicely while getting leashed. Very loose body and soft eyes, gentle and calm greets at the gate with other dogs. Hopped and ran in yard by himself a bit, showed interest in other dogs but would give space often. Was having fun on his own.

06/20/2026 per staff behavioral eval: Kennel Presentation: standing at the front, low tail wagging and soft eyes. Easy to leash.

Leash Skills: walked with low tail and ears pasted back bee lined outside, shake off once out. Pulled mildly to moderately

Sociability: peed and pooped, then approached when prompted with head low, lip licks and tail down and still avoiding eye contact. I spoke baby talk and rubbed his neck for 3 seconds, he loosened up and got wiggly and remained that way. Touched all over, checked his teeth, appears to have a slight overbite. Ate pepperoni consistently, ate cheese like a mouse with nibbles. Soft eyes, ears back, bouncy and playful, loose

Play: chase you, left it and came back to me

Dog Interaction: passed by as dog, pulled moderately and whined. Easily redirected

06/14/2026 Playgroup: Low tail, ears back at the fence. Not steerable 0/5 with water and 2/5 with can. Good greetings, high tail wags, ears back, moved away on his own.
