Hi, I'm Big Chief! I'm a handsome boy who was once a stray, and it took me a while to learn to trust again. I used to hide a lot, but now I'm starting to come out of my shell and enjoy being part of the family. I love being near the people I trust and seeking out affection. It's been so special to see my confidence grow!

Ideal Home

I thrive with other animals and take comfort from their presence. A home with another calm, friendly pet would be ideal for me, as they help me relax and feel more like a dog. I do best with a calm, predictable routine and don't need an adventurous life. I just need a safe and loving environment.

I am completely house-trained and easygoing. While I'm still a bit timid, I'm trying my best to learn that the world can be kind. Patience, kindness, and love will help me continue to build trust and connection.
