Squirt

Meet Squirt! This handsome 3-year-old, 20-pound pup was surrendered because his owner is moving and couldn't take him along. Squirt is a bit "spicy" and likely didn't receive much socialization or prior vetting. He's now fully vetted and has had time to decompress after his vet visit. While he's not an immediate love-bug, we're hopeful that with patience and time, he'll adjust to his new life and blossom. We'll share more updates and pictures as his foster family gets to know him better.

Ideal Home

A patient and understanding home that can provide Squirt with the time and gentle guidance he needs to adjust and gain confidence.

Ongoing Health

Squirt is now fully vetted, including all necessary procedures.

Training & Support

Squirt was previously trained using pee pads, and we'll be monitoring his progress with outside potty training. We highly recommend a 2-week shutdown and decompression period to help him settle into his new environment.

Transporation

Squirt is located within a several-hour radius of Rochester, NY. Transportation may be available within this area, including to Canada (dogs must be old enough for rabies vaccination to cross the border, typically around 16 weeks).
