PRINCESS (Bleeding Heart Society)

Princess is a 4-year-old, approximately 55-60 lb pup who shines her light regardless of her circumstances. She was likely used for backyard breeding or discarded as a street dog, and was found wandering the grounds of an elementary school, which led to Animal Control being called due to concerns about a loose pitbull near children. Despite her past, Princess is a lovey-dovey girl who will warm your heart and soul, radiating sunshine and proving that even a less-than-desirable life hasn't dimmed her spirit.

Ideal Home

Princess would thrive in a home where she is made to feel special and loved like the princess she is. She needs someone willing to gently guide her as she transitions into her forever home and family.

Training & Support

Princess is house-trainable and crate-trained, keeping her current 10x10 kennel clean. She knows commands like SIT, STAY, and DOWN and is smart and aware, able to read her person's energy and follow their lead. She has no storm or separation anxiety and no behavioral issues. She walks well on a leash and is well-mannered in the car. While she enjoys food and treats, she is not excessively food-driven. Her prey drive is suspected to be average. The only area for improvement noted is that her house-training habits around her potty needs may need refinement with consistent structure.
