Buttons is a delightful 4-year-old Hound mix with a gentle and easygoing personality. She arrived at the shelter a bit underweight, but with care and attention, she's steadily gaining and starting to feel much better! She's a mellow girl who finds joy in the simple pleasures – leisurely walks, sunbeam naps, and cozying up with her favorite people. Buttons walks nicely on a leash and is very responsive to treats, making her an easy and wonderful companion. She isn't a high-energy pup and would be a perfect fit for someone seeking a calm, steady presence, whether that's in a quieter home, for an older couple, or for anyone who simply desires a sweet dog to share their life with.
