Meet Mama Woods! This gentle 6-year-old, 56 lb lady was found in the woods with another dog and has been nothing but sweet since day one. Mama Woods is a calm, low-energy companion who's happy to quietly hang out by your side. She enjoys slow pets and will lean in for affection once she's comfortable. She's even been known to slowly climb up for hugs!

Mama Woods is treat-motivated and takes treats very gently. She's a smart cookie who already knows "sit," "down," "shake," and has a cute "two paws up" trick! She's attentive, listens well, and appears to be house-trained. Her easygoing presence makes her a joy to be around. Since she was found with another dog, she might enjoy having a canine friend in her new home.

Ideal Home

Mama Woods would do well in a home that appreciates her calm, low-energy nature. She seems to enjoy the company of other dogs, so a canine companion might be a great addition. We strongly recommend that any resident dogs meet Mama Woods before adoption.
