Shelby

Shelby is a 6-month-old, spayed female Shepherd/Hound/Terrier mix who currently weighs 39 pounds and is expected to be a large dog when fully grown. She has a long body type and is a happy, goofy, and affectionate puppy with a playful spirit. Shelby was rescued from a shelter in San Antonio, Texas, and has since thrived in her foster home. She is curious about the world, eager to learn, and deeply connected to her people. Shelby loves other dogs and exhibits age-appropriate puppy energy, playing hard and resting hard. Her play style transitions from high energy to a moderate pace, and she particularly enjoys fetch. She interacts well with dogs of various sizes and reads canine cues effectively, showing submissive behavior when another dog asks for space. On leash, Shelby is friendly towards other dogs, showing happy tail wags and gentle pulling. Transporation

Shelby is currently in a foster home in Washougal, Washington and is available for meet and greets. Transports run every few weeks and she will be on the next available transport once approved. Transport is included in the adoption donation.
