Tracer

Meet Tracer, a friendly and affectionate boy who absolutely adores people! He previously excelled as a livestock guardian for goats, showcasing his protective nature. Tracer has a surprising talent for fence-climbing, which led us to bring him into the house for his safety. He's discovered the joys of being a couch potato but still loves his outdoor time, as long as he's supervised closely.

Ideal Home

Tracer would thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of supervised outdoor time or offer an abundance of leash walks for exercise. A home with a fence of 8 feet or taller would be ideal to contain his impressive climbing skills. He is good with other dogs and was previously very friendly with barn cats, even sharing his meals with them.

Ongoing Health

Tracer is a healthy boy with no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Tracer's main challenge is his ability to climb fences. His new family will need to be very mindful of this and ensure he is always supervised when outdoors or provide ample exercise through leash walks.
