✨ Meet Goyo ✨
Goyo is one of the sweetest souls we’ve ever rescued. For weeks he wandered alone, too exhausted and scared to let anyone catch him — until one determined woman waited for him and finally got him the help he desperately needed. He arrived underweight, anemic, battling ehrlichia, mange, and later we discovered he also had TVT. He completed all his treatments like a champ and is now healthy and ready for a fresh start.
Goyo is a quiet, gentle boy who LOVES affection. He’s great with other dogs (mostly ignores them) and melts when people give him attention. Every now and then his playful side pops out — a little jump, a soft hand‑nibble — just enough to remind you he’s still got joy in him.
• 🐶 Male, mixed breed (Shepherd/Malinois appearance)
• 🐶 Born April 2019, 18 kg
• 🐶 Calm, sweet, and deeply loyal
• 🐶 Great with other dogs
• 🐶 Docked tail (likely born that way)
Goyo has survived so much, and all he wants now is a quiet, loving home where he can finally rest and be adored. 💛.

📝 How to Apply
Submit an application here 👉 www.adogsnewlife.org/adopt
We’ll review your application and may contact you for more info or a home check.
Approved adopters are matched with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You’ll meet them at the airport to welcome your new pup home.
⚠️ It can be challenging to secure Canadian flight angels during May and June, so dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable.
We have successfully completed many adoptions over the summer with volunteers helping to bring dogs to their adopters at the border — this remains a great option to keep adoptions moving forward. 🐾✈️❤️
