Penn is a charming 3-year-old Poodle, weighing in at a petite 12 pounds. While he might be small, his heart is full of potential for a wonderful life with the right family. Penn can be a bit shy when he encounters new people and unfamiliar situations. However, with a little time and gentle encouragement, he blossoms into a friendly and eager companion, ready to form deep, trusting bonds at his own pace. He truly thrives in the company of other dogs and would be absolutely delighted to have a canine sibling in his new home; a furry friend can be a wonderful source of confidence for him as he continues to adjust. Penn joined us when his previous owner, facing health challenges, realized she could no longer provide the best care for all her beloved dogs. Her tough decision has opened the door for Penn to find his forever family.
