Hank

Hank is a handsome hound mix who came to us as a stray found near a boat landing. He's estimated to be about 3 years old and is just a big baby who loves his stuffy toys! Hank is confident and friendly, and he absolutely adores other dogs. He enjoys playing with people of all ages, and would especially love a family with children to dote on him. While he hasn't had much experience with cats, his sweet and docile nature suggests he could learn to coexist peacefully with them with some gentle guidance. Hank would be thrilled to have a fenced yard to romp and play in.

Ideal Home

Hank would love a home with a fenced yard where he can safely explore and get his hound zoomies out. He's a social boy and enjoys the company of people and other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Hank's adoption fee of $340 covers all vetting, including his spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, and heartworm test and treatment if needed.

Training & Support

Hank is a well-socialized pup who gets along well with everyone. He may need a little time to adjust to feline housemates, but with patience and proper introduction, he should be a respectful cat buddy.

Transporation

Hank is located within a 2-hour radius of the tricounty area. Exceptions may be made for seniors or hard-to-place dogs. Adoptions are processed on Saturdays, and arrangements can be made to see specific animals if you let us know in advance. Event locations vary weekly, so please check our homepage for details.
