About Sneezy

Meet Sneezy, a sweet and gentle 8-10 year old lady who weighs around 45 pounds. She came to us from the Southwest and has the calm, settled energy of a dog who is ready to be part of a family. Sneezy is curious and independent, exploring her surroundings at her own pace. She approaches new people and situations with quiet confidence. She warms up on her own timeline, and while she may not rush for pets immediately, patience and proximity go a long way. Once comfortable, she's happy to be by your side. Sneezy loves other dogs, greeting them with an enthusiastic sniff, and she's settled in nicely with her foster siblings, though she prefers a calm environment. Her favorite spot is the floor, where she's happiest stretched out near her people, keeping an eye on everything. Sneezy enjoys walks and backyard zoomies, and she has a signature move of tossing her toy in the air and trying to catch it! While she may tire more quickly than a younger dog, she's always up for a good walk or a romp in the yard before settling in to watch the world from the window.

Ideal Home

Sneezy would do best in a home without many stairs, or with elevator access, as she's a little hesitant on them. Her ideal adopter is someone who wants a calm, loving companion for quiet mornings and cozy nights.

Ongoing Health

No specific health conditions are mentioned in her listing.

Training & Support

Sneezy is potty trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on leash. She's currently working on reliably responding to her name, and cheese has been a helpful training tool!
