Mini Horse ~ WAIVED ADOPTION FEE!

Mini Horse is an 2-year-old, 82lb male Pit mix with a heart as big as his name suggests! He's got the size of a mini horse and a personality to match, though he's still learning to gracefully navigate his large frame. Mini is a wonderfully sweet boy who adores other dogs and is eager to learn. He's looking for a patient and understanding human to help him blossom. He gets comfortable with women more quickly than men, but with time and gentle encouragement, he'll warm up to everyone. His ideal home would include another canine companion to show him the ropes and help boost his confidence.

Ideal Home

Mini would thrive in a home with another dog who can be a positive role model for him. He needs a patient adopter who can give him time to decompress and learn his new routine.

Ongoing Health

Mini is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and tested heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Mini is crate and potty trained. He is still gaining confidence, particularly around men, and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement and patience. He has the makings of a great dog and just needs the opportunity to shine.

• You'll receive a certificate for a free wellness visit (up to $250) at Naperville Animal Hospital within 2 weeks of adoption.
