Ginger

Meet Ginger! This 3-year-old mixed breed has a gentle heart and a quiet spirit. She's still learning about the world, as she came from a difficult backyard situation, but she's making wonderful progress every day, discovering that people can be kind and life can be good. Ginger absolutely adores other dogs and is often found snuggled up with her friends, whether it's her favorite snuggle buddies Brandy and Susie, or Panda who keeps her entertained during playtime. She may even have a little crush on Angus!

Ideal Home

Ginger gains confidence from other dogs, so she would do best in a home with a friendly canine companion who can help show her the ropes and teach her what life as a loved indoor dog is all about.

Ongoing Health

Ginger is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and current with all vaccines (as appropriate for her age). She is also on flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Ginger is still shy with people but is making progress. She especially enjoys treats from the volunteers who spend time with her. She's looking for a patient, understanding family willing to give her the time and love she needs to truly blossom.
